Construction Update

The project is moving along very smoothly. The roofing work is nearly complete and the building is expected to be winter tight by the end of October.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in is commencing on the guest room floors and all trades are on schedule.

Exterior siding trim and stone masonry has started and will be in full swing by end of the month.
